EQUESTROOM LOYALTY PROGRAM

There are three separate ways to earn Equestroom loyalty points.

Ordering: You earn one point per dollar spent on equestroom.com, including gift card purchases. When you spend $200, you earn 200 points, which can be redeemed for $10 off your next purchase.

Providing feedback on your order: Leave a review, and earn 50 points. Keep an eye out for an email from Equestroom after you place an order. By leaving a review, you’ll earn 50 points, add a photo of your horse in your new Equestroom gear and get an additional 50 points.

Joining the community: You can join our community through social channels to earn extra points. Following us on different social media platforms will give you 50 points extra each. You can also get extra 150 points by signing up to the newsletter.

Each dollar spent earns you 1 reward point. Once you hit 200 points, you can redeem it for $10 off your next order.

All Rewards Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 during checkout in the Order Summary. You can choose the rewards points balance you wish to redeem per order between 200, 300, 400, 500, or 2000 points.

Below the Order Summary, you’ll see how many Rewards you have available. Click 'Choose Reward' to select how many of your points you’d like to redeem (in 100-point increments).

To log in to your account, click on the Account Icon and select Sign In or go to: You can view your rewards points balance by logging into your Equestroom account and selecting the Rewards Points category under your dashboard. Once logged in, select Rewards Points: HERE

To find your referral link, log in to your Equestroom account and see refer. Copy your link to share it with a friend.

They will receive a $15 Reward which can be used on any order over $30.Once they place an order, you will get a notification and you will get $15 OFF your next order.

Yes. First, reward points can only be earned and redeemed on Equestroom.com. You must be logged into your Equestroom Loyalty Account for your point balance to show up at checkout.

All Rewards Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 during checkout in the Order Summary. You have the ability to choose the rewards points balance you wish to redeem per order between 200, 300, 400, 500, or 2000 points, depending on your balance. If you have a point balance of 150, you can use 100 points on an order, and the remaining 50 will roll over to your next purchase.

Lastly, Rewards points cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes. Point balances cannot be split up and used on separate orders and reward points do not apply to the shipping cost.
