Shipping Guide

Equestroom offers domestic and international shipping.

Domestic Shipping (within the USA) usually takes 2-4 business days depending on the day of the week and local postage operation speed.

Our warehouse picks up the shipment on business days. If your order was placed on the weekend, your shipment will be shipped out on Monday, latest Tuesday.

If your order was placed on a federal holiday, we will ship it on the next business day.

For International shipments, we offer two options:

1) UPS Express Full Tracking (takes 4-5 Business days)

2) USPS Standard Partial Tracking (see the time estimate for each country below)


Due to COVID-19 pandemic we are experiencing 3-4 week delays with our INTERNATIONAL shipments. USPS is operating at a decreased capacity internationally with the fewer flights available to carry cargo. 

We apologize for this delay and we are keeping to closely monitor all of our existing international orders.

Due to COVID-19 local import regulations we DO NOT ship to the following countries:

Angola, Benin, Bolivia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Botswana, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Chad, Congo Republic of, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Madagascar, Malawai, Maldives, Moldova, Mongolia, Mozambique, New Caledonia, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Uganda, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Zimbabwe.

International shipping times with USPS Standard vary on the region. They can take anywhere from 6 to 20 business days. Shipping time estimate can be requested by contacting . We are not responsible for delays in international customs/regional postal service delays.

Sometimes Item can be held in customs for several days for investigation. The recipient is responsible for paying customs duties and contacting local customs office. If you have questions/unsure what to do in a certain situation -  we will be glad to assist you. However, our company is not responsible for possible local customs procedures and delays. 

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Please, be informed that certain countries have regulations on importing goods like textile and etc. In this case, the recipient is responsible to pay possible customs duties. We will be happy to assist your communication with the shipping courier.

In the table below you can find estimated shipping times for our Standard International Shipping (with USPS). Please, be informed that we are not responsible for possible delays at the local customs in your country. We are doing our best to provide the most affordable shipping possible, as equestrian equipment generally has very a large volumetric weight.

If you wish to receive your items as soon as possible, please, choose our more expensive USPS Express shipping. For extra urgent next day delivery, please, contact us by email and we will organize it for you.
